A Proud Canadian

Today is the 148th birthday of this beautiful country and my home Canada. I was lucky to be born here, specifically Hamilton, Ontario. My parents immigrated from England in 1952 with my two older brothers who were both born there, one in Birmingham and one in Leeds. They settled in Hamilton and two years later I was born and in 1962 my younger brother was born. I now live in Mississauga, which is a suburb of Toronto and this is where my son Ryan was born.I'm so proud to be able to call myself a Canadian along with my son Ryan and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. Also the rest of my family, parents and two older brothers also took their Canadian citizenship's over the years so we are all proud Canadians.
