Last Monday we received the worst rainstorm I have ever seen in my lifetime. In 1 hour 126 mm or 5 inches of rain fell on Mississauga (next door to Toronto) where I live. We also lost power for a few hours which isn't good in our apt. building because we also lose our water as well. When it was all over our 2nd floor indoor garage was flooded, thank God I park on the 1st floor and our ground floor in the building was also flooded.Our subways were also flooded, it was last night when they were finally running. I hope this never happens again, but you never know anymore.
